We've been told by their manufacturers that a free Napster To Go-compatible firmware upgrade for the following players will be available soon. As soon as the firmware is available, you will be prompted to upgrade when you connect your player to Napster. Until then you can always transfer purchased tracks to these players using Napster. Creative Zen Xtra Firmware is the software on your MP3 player that allows you to transfer, store, organize and play music. The Napster To Go-compatible firmware upgrade combined with a Napster To Go membership makes it possible to fill and refill your player from Napster's over 700,000 songs without paying per track.
